TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. SA International Scrapbook Convention bookings will remain open until all spaces are filled and paid.
  2. The delegate fee includes all classes, class kits, teas, lunch, sponsor give-aways and entrance into the 2015 Event Retail Store. The fee excludes all accommodation and transport.
  3. A non-refundable deposit of R750 is applicable to all bookings.
  4. All EFT payments to be faxed to 086 552 1074, alternatively emailed to accounts@scrapbookex.co.za.
    In order for the payments to be allocated correctly, please ensure the delegate name reflects as the reference on all payments.
  5. PAYMENT OPTIONS
    - Single payment must be received within 30 days of booking.
    - Payment Plan: Deposit is required within 14 days of booking with first payment the consecutive month.
    - All payment must have the final payment received by no later than 16 August 2016.
    - Prices are subject to change due to rand/dollar exchange rate.

    - Single Payment: R3850.00 by EFT Payment or Credit Card paid within 30 days of booking.
    - Two Payments: R1925.00 by EFT Payment or Credit Card.
    First payment to be received within 30 days of booking with second payment one month later.
    The final payment to be received by no later than 16 August 2016.
    - Three Payments: Three (3) consecutive monthly payments of R1 283.50 by EFT Payment or Credit Card.
    First payment must be received within 30 days of booking with second and third payments paid in following
    consecutive months. The final payment to be received by no later than 16 August 2016.
    - Four Payments: R750.00 deposit and four (4) consecutive monthly payments of R800.00 by EFT Payment
    or Credit Card. First payment must be received within 30 days of booking.
    The final payment to be received by no later than 16 August 2016.
    - Five Payments: R750.00 deposit and five (5) consecutive monthly payments of R650.00 by EFT Payment or
    Credit Card. First payment must be received within 30 days of booking.
    The final payment to be received by no later than 16 August 2016.
    - Six Payments: R750.00 deposit and six (6) consecutive monthly payments of R550.00 by EFT Payment or
    Credit Card. First payment to be received within 30 days of booking.
    The final payment to be received by no later than 16 August 2016.
  6. EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT
    All bookings received from 30 October 2015 to 15 November 2015 will be eligible for an Early Bird discount:
    - Single EFT payment: R3550.00 - payment received by 30 November 2015.
    - Single Credit Card payment: R3650.00 - payment received by 30 November 2015.
    - Payment not received by due date will forfeit Early Bird discount.
  7. CANCELLATIONS
    - SA Scrapbook Convention bookings are non-transferable.
    - A non-refundable deposit of R750.00 and an admin fee of no less than R250 is applicable to all bookings.
    - Any applicable refunds will be credited to the same credit card used for the initial transaction.
    - If payment was made by EFT payment, the refund will be made by cheque or EFT at the discretion of SA Scrapbook
    Convention. Allow 3 to 4 weeks for processing of refund.
    - After 30 July 2016 no refunds will be made.
    - If paid in full the kits will be kept and can be collected or couriered after the event.
    - Partial payments will be forfeited after this date.
    - Hotel and travel cancellations are not the responsibility of SA Scrapbook Convention.
  8. SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
    Please notify us in writing of any dietary requirements by no later than six weeks prior to the event. Be advised that some dietary requirements may incur an additional cost to the delegate, as levied by the catering institution.
  9. TABLE ALLOCATION
    Table allocations will be determined by the names on the completed Booking Form, unless written notification is received. No table allocation changes will be made after 15 August 2015.
  10. ACCOMMODATION AND TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
    - Special accommodation rates at Emperors Palace hotels will be available in November 2015.
    - Special accommodation rates in Cape Town will be available in November 2015.
    Other accommodation options will also be available for Cape Town.
    - Hotel and travel arrangements are not the responsibility of SA Intl Scrapbook Convention.
  11. SA Intl Scrapbook Convention reserves the right to change dates and venues as deemed necessary.
  12. Should an educator not be able to participate and/or attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances, SA Intl Scrapbook Convention reserves the right to arrange an alternative educator.
  13. SA Intl Scrapbook Convention reserves the right of admission to the event.
