The cost of R1350.00 includes four sessions, class kits, lucky draws, tea/coffee and snacks on arrival,
mid-morning and mid afternoon, a buffet lunch (a cash bar will be available at lunch).

HOW TO BOOK: Complete the Online Booking Form below. Complete the required fields marked with * to book your place at the event. Only one delegate per registration. An email confirmation will be sent confirming that we have received your booking and a delegate number will be allocated.

       - R450.00 non-refundable deposit and two monthly payments of R450.00 per month

    1. As the numbers are limited, all bookings are on a first come, first serve basis. 
    2. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.
    3. Payment Plan with the EFT option will have a period of 10 days to pay deposit.
    4. Final payment must be received by no later than 5 November 2013.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. As space is limited, bookings will be sold on a first come first serve basis.
  2. The fee of R1350.00 includes four sessions, class kits, teas, lunch and lucky draws.
  3. Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of proof of full payment. All EFT payments must be emailed to accounts@scrapbookex.co.za or faxed to 086 552 1074 in order for booking confirmation emails to be sent.
    Please use your first name and surname as the reference.
  4. PAYMENT OPTIONS:
    • Full Payment of R1350.00 by EFT Payment or Credit Card
    • Two (2) monthly payments of R675.00
    • R450.00 non-refundable deposit and two (2) consecutive monthly payments of R450.00
  5. Bookings made without a deposit or full payment will be placed on a 'Waiting List' until the required payment is made.
  6. A cancellation fee of 25% will be charged should you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to the event. No refunds will be given whatsoever should you cancel less than 30 days prior to the event. In this case, you will forfeit your full payment, but the kits will be kept and can be collected or couriered after the event.
  7. Full payment must be received by no later than 5 November 2012 unless prior arrangements have been made.
  8. Special dietary requirements: please notify us in writing of any dietary requirements by no later than three weeks before the event. Be advised that some dietary requirements may incur an additional cost to the delegate.
  9. SA Scrapbook Convention reserves the right of admission to the event.
