TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
SA International Scrapbook Convention bookings will remain open until all spaces are filled and paid.
The fee of R15 000.00 includes one night's accomodation at the Mount Nelson Hotel, classes, class kits, breakfast, teas, lunch, dinner with Tim Holtz, Mario and Paula as well as gifts and exclusive shopping at the 2014 Event Retail Store. The fee excludes flights and transfers/transport.
Bookings will be handled on the following basis:
All received bookings will be placed on the pending list and delegates notified accordingly.
On receipt of deposit and selected payment option, the booking will be moved to the confirmed but not fully paid list and delegates notified accordingly.
On receipt of full and/or final payment, booking will be moved to confirmed and fully paid list and queued for release of requirement list password.
Payments not made as per agreed option will attract an additional administration fee of R125 per payment missed which will be levied additional on final account.
All EFT payments must be faxed to 086 552 1074, alternatively emailed to accounts@scrapbookex.co.za in order for booking confirmation to be emailed. In order for the payments to be allocated correctly, please ensure that the delegate name reflects as the reference on payments.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Full Payment:
- R15 000.00 by EFT Payment or Credit Card paid within 14 days of booking.
Two Payments:
- R7 500.00 per month by EFT Payment or Credit Card.

First payment must be received within 14 days of booking.
Three Payments:

R3 000.00 deposit within 14 days and two (2) monthly payments of R6 000.00 by EFT Payment or Credit Card.
Four Payments:

R3 000.00 deposit within 14 days and three (3) monthly payments of R4 000.00 by EFT Payment or Credit Card.
Five Payments: - R3 000.00 deposit and four (4) monthly payments of R3 000.00 by EFT Payment or Credit Card.
Full payment must be received by no later than 31 January 2014 unless prior arrangements have been made.
CANCELLATIONS
A non-refundable deposit of R3 000.00 is applicable to all bookings. Any applicable refunds will be credited to the same credit card used for the initial transaction. If payment was made by EFT payment, the refund will be made by cheque or EFT at the discretion of SA Scrapbook Convention. Allow 3 to 4 weeks for processing of refund.

After 15 January 2014 no refunds will be made.
- If paid in full the kits will be kept and can be collected or couriered after the event.
- Partial payments will forfeited after this date.

Extra Hotel and travel cancellations are not the responsibility of SA Scrapbook Convention.
SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Please notify us in writing of any dietary requirements by no later than four weeks prior to the event.
Be advised that some dietary requirements may incur an additional cost to the delegate, as levied by catering institution.
TABLE ALLOCATION
Table allocations will be determined by the names on the completed Booking Form, unless written notification is received.
No table allocation changes will be made after 31 January 2014.
SA International Scrapbook Convention reserves the right of admission to the event.
