DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
• A non-refundable deposit must be made in order to reserve a stateroom (cabin) and receive a written confirmation.
• Minimum non-refundable Deposit Requirements:
- Inside, Veranda or Concierge Cabins: R2 500.00 per person
- Suites require double the deposit amounts listed above: R5 000.00 per person
• Deposit requirements are the same regardless of the number of stateroom occupants, unless otherwise noted.
• The minimum non-refundable deposit amount must be received within up to seven (7) days of booking, varying based on time prior to departure.
• Final payment of the balance must be received at SA Scrapbook Convention offices at least 75 days prior to the sailing date.
• You may pay SA Scrapbook Convention via credit card (Visa or MasterCard credit cards. American Express will attract an additional 5% on the amount) or EFT payments.
- Banking details and delegate booking reference will be sent with your confirmation.
