TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The SIMPLY STYLISH EVENT bookings will remain open until all spaces are filled and paid. The delegate fee includes classes, class kits, teas, lunch, lucky draws and an event bag.
Single payment: Received within 10 days of booking.
Payment Plan: First payment received within 10 days of booking. All payment must have final payment received by no later than 25 JULY 2019 unless otherwise arranged.

EFT payments to be emailed to email@example.com. In order for the payments to be allocated, please ensure delegate name and surname reflects as the reference on all payments. Failure to make full payment by 25 July 2019 will result in automatic cancellation of booking unless prior arrangements have been made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. A non-refundable deposit of R500 is applicable to all bookings.
All bookings are non-transferable.
A non-refundable deposit of R500.00 is applicable on all bookings Any applicable refunds will be credited to the same credit card used for the initial transaction. If payment was made by EFT payment, the refund will be made by EFT. Allow 3 to 4 weeks to process refund.
No refunds after 10 July 2019.
If paid in full the kits will be kept and can be collected or couriered after the event.
Partial payments will be forfeited after this date.
Hotel and travel cancellations are not the responsibility of the event.
The Early Bird Discount only applies to bookings made until 15 March 2019. Should you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to the event, a cancellation fee will be levied on the discounted amount less the non-refundable deposit.
SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS Please notify us in writing of any health dietary requirements no later than four weeks prior to event. Be advised that some dietary requirements may incur an additional cost to the delegate, as levied by the catering institution.
TABLE ALLOCATION Table allocations will be determined by the names on the completed Booking Form, unless written notification is received.
ACCOMMODATION All accommodation is for your own account. The rates at Emperors Palace is reserved for the weekend of the event and availability at some of the hotels is limited.
All times and schedules are subject to change.
SCRAPBOOKEX reserves the right to change dates and venues as deemed necessary.
Should an educator not be able to participate and/or attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances, SCRAPBOOKEX reserves the right to arrange an alternative educator.
SCRAPBOOKEX reserves the right of admission.
